What I Do

I help professionals who are overwhelmed, stressed out and struggling with their daily responsibilities. 

When you keep doing what you've been doing and continue feeling depleted and empty, it's a sign that something needs to change. But how do you change?


You still have the same amount of things that need to get done each day, and you can't simply magic up any additional time. Sometimes you just cannot see the wood for the trees. 


If you feel stuck and don't know how to stop depleting yourself, don't worry because you're not alone. Burnout can happen to anyone and it's more common today than ever before.


You work hard and you deserve to be joyful and fulfilled. So, if you're ready and want to change that's where I come in. With my coaching, understanding, and guidance, I will help you recover so that you can enjoy more of your life and accomplish more of your dreams.

A personal touch...

It’s no small decision to hire a coach and choosing the right coach is important – I get that. That’s why for me, it’s not just a service or something I do – it’s a relationship. This means that I treat all my clients as I would like to be treated, with dignity, respect and integrity. 


It's important that each client feels comfortable and can therefore be completely open and honest with me, which of course works both ways. I will also gently challenge when I think that a nudge is necessary (or a bigger shove if that what someone preferes) because we are often unaware of behaviour that keeps us stuck.


I coach my client how they want to be coached, which I ask at the outset of our coaching together. I will pull out all the stops to gain the best outcomes because we're a team and a team pulls together.


The key to rapid success

When I work with you, we always address immediate concerns with easy to-do action steps. These may include processes to quickly reduce stress, shift to an alternative perspective and find new ways to manage your energy. Soon, you'll be feeling better about yourself and your future.  


Going forward we will use the GROW coaching model for creating the kind of life that puts you in the driving seat. It is a simple yet powerful method for creating the steps that get you to where you want to be faster and more easily that if you worked on your own.

My role as a coach

During the 20+ years that I have been helping people to transform their lives, I have specialized in stress management and stress related issues. I use proven coaching methods as taught by The Coaching Academy and combine my formal training as a hypnotherapist for fast and effective results.


With a caring and non-judgemental approach, I will ask you meaningful questions to find out what your challenges are and help you discover what you want and the outcomes you desire. I will encourage you to make decisions and take responsibility for those decisions.


We will work on those beliefs and behaviours that aren’t supporting you. Often, they are unknown to us, and this is where some of the biggest shifts are made. You may discover that your mindset will naturally change to more supportive ways - and in ways that you may never have thought possible.


As you begin to regain balance and certainty, we can explore what you really want from your life.


Having personally experienced panic, anxiety and depression, I have a deep understanding of how debilitating these emotional states can be. I know too, that you can free yourself from them and regain the happiness you once enjoyed. Furthermore, the skills you learn when coaching with me, will serve you well forever.


My coaching sessions are done over Skype or via the telephone. So, it doesn’t matter where you are in the world, I can conveniently work with you from just about anywhere.
